指数

ISV
表面不规则指数。角膜前表面曲率的差异。

IHA
高度不对称指数。角膜前表面上侧、下侧对称点的高度数据对比。

IVA
垂直对称指数。角膜前表面上侧、下侧对称点的曲率数据对比。

IHD
高度偏心指数。角膜前表面垂直方向的高度数据偏心值。

KI
圆锥角膜指数:圆锥角膜严重程度的增益

CKI
中央圆锥角膜指数:中央圆锥角膜严重程度的增益

TKC
地形图圆锥角膜分级。仅基于角膜前表面形态。

利用角膜地形图对圆锥角膜的阶段进行分级
备注:
- 早期:圆锥角膜早期的诊断一般根据临床标准,如曲率的改变、散光轴位的改变、曲率波动大、视网膜检影有明显的改变、直接检眼镜下角膜有阴影明显的改变。可视化角膜地形图能提供额外的信息,但要下诊断不能单靠这结果。没有圆锥角膜的人,如果泪膜异常或固视问题,也会导致类似的形态。
- 分级方法来自于传统Amsler和Muckenhirn标准,这是基于角膜地形图的分级,不是诊断。
- ISV=表面不规则指数,KI=圆锥角膜指数,Rmin=角膜曲率最小值,30度ECC是指鼻侧、颞侧、上侧、内侧四个数值。
- 如果通过场景校正能达到20/25—20/20的视力,不需要标明佩戴接触镜。
- 蒙森症:角膜向前膨隆。圆锥体的形状很明显。尤其是下视时下睑缘锥形突出。
